How to access workshop maps in Rocket League Start Rocket League on your PC. Click Play, and choose the Offline playlist. Go to Custom Games and select Workshop. Choose any of the downloaded maps. Given that the Workshop maps are available only through Steam, this means that console players cannot download or access the map.
