If you want to get the ball rolling quickly, use the ladder method. For this, you must be Adventure Rank 28 or above and complete the Quest Chapter 1: Act III, A New Star Approaches in Liyue. Look under the Events Overview page to confirm the Quick Start option for the Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn.
