Apex Legends is set to introduce 12v12 deathmatch mode, thanks to the upcoming Void Reckoning Event. The event will also include several new Legend and weapon skins to grab, including legendary Newcastle skin. Void Reckoning Event will start on July 23, 2024. This 12v12 deathmatch mode will be available in the Mixtape playlist. Apex Legends players will receive “improved” health regeneration, and the first team to hit 60 kills will win the match. There will be a total of 5 maps rotating for this LTM mode. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=veMD9nuQ1Xk Playing in both battle royale mode and this deathmatch mode will allow players to earn Void points, which can be used to unlock items from the event reward shop. The rewards in the Apex Legends shop will change weekly. There’s a set number of Void points that can be earned in a day by completing daily challenges. In total, there are 22 knight-themed cosmetics for Wraith, Mirage, Octane, Ash, Caustic, and more, including a reactive Havoc weapon skin. Unlocking all rewards will also unlock the legendary “Galatic Garrison” Newcastle skin, which arrives as the final milestone reward. The milestone rewards unlock at different stages of the event, meaning you receive a milestone reward after obtaining 5, 7, and 17 items. Video via Respawn Entertainment Players can unlock all 22 items via event-themed packs as well, which can be bought from the item shop. Players in Apex Legends can also directly buy Legend skins for Wraith, Caustic, and more from the shop as well. If you somehow miss out on some rewards, the milestone rewards can be bought from the store for a limited time once the Void Reckoning event ends.
