Hailey is the newest character introduced with the Season 1 update on August 29, 2024, in The First Descendant. She could be a force to be reckoned with as she is only the second Descendant after Viessa to have the Chill Attribute. Hailey's role in the game is of a Ranged DPS and uses a frozen sniper cannon that shoots Chill-infused beams and bullets.
